Returns & Exchange Policy

Refund

Refunds will only be given on damaged or faulty goods.  Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition and are then packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately.  Any refunds to be made for faulty or damaged products will be made by the same process that the item was paid for initially. Alternatively, we will happily replace the item or issue a credit voucher.

 

Exchange

Clothes Culture will give a credit voucher (valid for 3 months from issue date) for any purchases where you have changed your mind, subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase to Clothes Culture with the original receipt, packaging and all tags attached
  • Does not apply to sales items
  • Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
  • During special promotions where we are offering FREE SHIPPING, you will be charged a flat fee of $7.00 for postage & handling when we issue your credit voucher eg: If you are returning a garment worth $29.00, you will only be credited $22.00.  However, please note you will NOT be charged for postage of your new item when it is sent

  • Once we receive the item/s we will process the return request and e-mail you a credit voucher to use for your next purchase

 

 

Other Information and Conditions

  • We recommend you use a delivery method that has a Track and Trace process (eg: Registered Post). Clothes Culture cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the delivery process. The items being returned cannot be credited until received by Clothes Culture.
  • Please pack the items carefully to avoid damage during delivery.
  • If you choose not to undertake these simple steps then unfortunately you are responsible for the loss or damage to the product during delivery
  • It will be at the discretion of Clothes Culture to process your refund or exchange if the condtions listed above are not followed.  We will contact you immediately via email or telephone, using the details you have provided on the Return and Credit Request Form if needed.
